NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An overturned tractor trailer caused a fuel leak on the entrance ramp of Interstate 24 from Old Hickory Boulevard in Davidson County.
The incident was reported around 11 a.m. Wednesday at mile marker 62 on the on-ramp of I-24 West.
It was not immediately known what caused the truck to overturn.
The entrance ramp to I-24 West was blocked as a result of the spill. Officials set up a command and worked to clean up the mess.
Eastbound traffic was not affected.
TDOT officials said the area was clear by 2 p.m.
