A portion of Vietnam Veterans Boulevard has reopened in Gallatin after an early-morning fatal crash.
The incident was reported around 5 a.m. Friday between Green Lea Boulevard and mile marker 12.

It's unclear what caused the crash. The vehicle appears to have traveled across the median before hitting the guide wire and flipping several times, scattering debris all along the roadway.
The driver died at the scene. She was identified as 19-year-old Maria Ayoub, of La Vergne.
The crash remained under investigation. Authorities confirmed no other vehicles or people were involved or injured.
