MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WTVF) — A public memorial service for Charlie Daniels will be held Wednesday night at the Sellar's Funeral Home in Mt. Juliet.
The "Patriotic Community Service" will be held outside at the funeral home on Mt. Juliet Road at 6:30 p.m.
It will feature multiple country artists who will perform and share stories about Daniels. The performers include Trace Adkins, Tracy Lawrence, Darryl Worley and others.
It will be open to the public.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10 at World Outreach Church on State Hwy 99 in Murfreesboro.
The 5th Special Forces Group; Ft. Campbell, Kentucky was named as Honorary Pallbearers.
Visitation for the community will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet.
