NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A victim was taken to the hospital after darting in front of a car and being struck late Friday night.
The incident was called in just after 10:30 p.m.
According to Metro police, a man ran out in front of a car as it was traveling on Lafayette Street. He was hit, and has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police believe the victim to have possibly been intoxicated.
The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation.
