CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man was listed in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the road.
Authorities said the incident happened around 10:15 p.m. Saturday on Dover Road near Walker Circle.
Officials confirmed a vehicle, driven by 27-year-old Eugene Neely, Jr. struck a pedestrian, identified as 19-year-old John Herdman, while he was in the roadway.
Herdman was taken to Skyline Medical Center for critical injuries.
According to authorities, Neely was not injured in the incident.
No charges have been filed, but officials said the investigation was ongoing.
