A man recently named a person of interest in the case of missing Tabitha Tuders has been interviewed and cleared by police.
The Tuders family made a post to the "Missing Tabitha Tuders" facebook page saying that the man known as "Juan," who had recently been named a person of interest, was no longer a suspect.
Tuders, 13, disappeared in April of 2003. She left her home on Lillian Street in East Nashville, but never made it to the bus stop or to Bailey Middle School.
Over the years, countless searches and tips haven't been able to bring her home.
