CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The inmate who never returned from furlough for his father's wake has been arrested.

Multiple agencies worked together to find Timothy True Hutcherson. He was found and taken into custody in the parking lot of a Zaxby’s restaurant on Lowes Drive in Clarksville Thursday around 8 p.m.

Hutcherson will be booked into the Montgomery County Jail on an escape warrant with a $1,000,000 bond.

“Teamwork between multiple law enforcement agencies lead to the successful capture of Hutcherson,” said Sheriff John Fuson in a press released. “I am glad that we were able to apprehend him without incident”.

Officials will continue to investigate his escape. Officials said if any additional charges are warranted against Hutcherson or anyone who may have aided him, they will be filed.

His mother told NewsChannel 5 Hutcherson was taken rather than willingly walking away. She pleaded for him to surrender to police.
