A missing teenager, considered a runaway, has been found safe in Clarksville.
Clarksville Police said 17-year-old Taylor Binker was reported as a runaway and has not been found. They're concerned for her safety.
Police said Tuesday that she was found after a citizen recognized her and alerted authorities.
