NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro Nashville Police have identified the woman found murdered and wrapped in a carpet Friday morning.
The body of Gloria Ann Foster, age 51, was discovered in an alley off Hermitage Avenue and Decatur Street.
Detectives believe Foster died between Tuesday and Thursday night in that same area.
Police were able to identify her through fingerprint records. An autopsy showed she suffered trauma to her head and upper body.
Detectives are still putting information together that may lead them to her killer.
