Nashville Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - An investigation got underway after a South Nashville gas station was robbed at gunpoint.

The robbery happened around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday at a Delta Express on Old Hickory Boulevard.

Metro Nashville Police officers said the suspect walked into the store, approached the counter, and pointed a handgun at the cashier's face while demanding money.

Police said the suspect got away with cash and fled the scene. Suspect description was limited at this time.

He was described as a white man in his 30s, and was wearing a gray hooded jacket, white pants, sunglasses, with a black cloth over his face.
