Police were called to a gun store in Davidson County after an attempted break-in.
The incident was reported Tuesday morning at the Nashville Gun and Knife Store on Old Harding Pike in Belle Meade.
Police on the scene said three men shot out the glass in the door and front windows, but couldn't get inside because of the steel bars.
At some point, the suspects fled the scene.
