Metro police officers are investigating an overnight shooting in north Nashville.
It happened just before 11pm Wednesday at Wheless Street and 17th Avenue.
Police say the victim was shot in the leg and is expected to be okay.
Information about the gunman has not been released.
Officers did find a gun a few blocks away in the parking lot of SunTrust Bank.
Metro Police have not confirmed if it is connected to the shooting.
