Police have been called to the scene of what they called a suspicious package at Cane Ridge High School.
Officers were called to the school located on Old Hickory Boulevard in Antioch early Monday morning.
Officers were directing drivers to other parts of the school's parking lot.
A spokesperson for Metro Nashville Public Schools said they are not delaying the school day.
