NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police are looking for the suspect of a deadly shooting at a Hermitage apartment complex Saturday night.
Officers responded to Hermitage Flats on Old Hickory Boulevard around 11 p.m. Daelon Smith, 21, was found with gunshot wounds.
Smith was taken to Vanderbilt, where he died.
Metro Police say investigation shows Smith and a friend reportedly arranged to meet Nicolas J. Turner, 23, at the complex for a marijuana purchase.
Turner allegedly shot Smith during a fight.
A warrant is out for Turner's arrest. Police ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
