Man Grazed By Bullet Near South Nashville Apartment Complex

Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department have been investigating a shots fired call outside a South Nashville apartment complex.

Officers said the crime happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday near The Ashton at Harding Apartments on Humber Drive. 

Police said a man and his friend were outside when two men approached them and started shooting at them for an unknown reason. 

Investigators said the victim's right calf was grazed by a bullet. The victim was expected to be okay. 

The investigation remained ongoing. Anyone with information that could help police has been urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME (615-742-7463).
