NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police say a Nashville man has been arrested after child pornography was found on his electronic tablet.
Metro Nashville police said 42-year-old Jason D. Wyatt was taken into custody Tuesday morning on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Earlier this month, a tip led investigators to his Gallatin Pike home. Police say they confiscated his tablet and found more than 100 images of child porn.
Investigators say Wyatt was convicted in 2012 on charges of aggravated sexual battery against a young girl and sexual exploitation of a minor. He received concurrent 8-year sentences.
He was held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
