NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police have released new surveillance photos in an effort to identify the suspects involved in a South Nashville shootout that injured two bystanders.
Metro Nashville police released additional information overnight, saying they have recovered a red Buick that was involved in Tuesday afternoon’s shooting along Murfreesboro Pike. Police said they’re hoping these new surveillance photos can help identify the suspects.
Investigators said the man pictured in the green jacket got out of the passenger side of the Buick, which was parked at a convenience market, and exchanged shots with people across the street in the Taco Bell parking lot. They said the second man pictured in the black hoodie was the person driving the Buick.
Police said the vehicle is being processed for evidence, and that there's also a second vehicle involved in the investigation, as well.
