Officials with the Brentwood Police Department have asked for the public's help in finding a suspect , who attempted to steal a package from someone's porch.
They said it happened on Dec. 14, at a home in Brentwood.
The suspect allegedly got out of what appeared to be an older model silver Chevrolet Impala immediately after a UPS truck pulled away, and tried to take package from the home.
However, the dog barking at the home scared the man away, and he was unsuccessful.
