Investigators with the Metro Nashville Police Department have asked for the public's help in finding the man responsible for a bank robbery near Sylvan Park.
The robbery happened Friday around 3:15 p.m. at the Bank of America Belle Meade branch.
Police said the robber, a white man who wore a black ball cap, black shirt, black pants and sunglasses, walked up to a teller and, without saying a word, passed a cash demand note.
The teller complied. The robber left and was last seen walking on Harding Pike toward Woodmont Boulevard. He did not show a weapon.
Anyone recognizing the man from the attached surveillance pictures was asked to immediately call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
