Police Search For Burglary Suspects

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police have asked for help identifying two men, who not only burglarized a home, but also thought they got away with it by also stealing the surveillance cameras that caught them on video.

Police said the burglary happened at a home on Grand Avenue around 8 p.m. on July 20. The homeowner was out of the country.

Surveillance video showed the going through the home, stealing computer equipment, money, beer and a lawnmower. It also showed the men trying to rip a flat screen T.V. off a wall, but were unsuccessful.

Detectives said the men also stole the security cameras from the home, but the footage had been downloaded and preserved.

They have asked anyone who recognizes the men to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
