An elderly woman was found safe after Metro Nashville Police officials reported her missing.
Police said 70-year-old Linda Pryor suffers from dementia.
She reportedly walked away from Southern Hills Medical Center around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Pryor was described as being 5' tall and weighing 140 pounds.
