Police search for New Year's Day hit-and-run driver

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police officials asked for the public's help in their search for a hit-and-run driver.

The incident happened on New Year's Day at 2:50 a.m.

Security video shows a white pickup truck, driven by a woman, go onto the curb at Division Street and Lyle Avenue, hit a trash can, then hit a Hendersonvill man.

The 44-years-old was injured, but his injuries were not critical.

Anyone with information on who the driver may be was asked to call police at 615-742-7463.
