Officials with the Franklin Police Department have asked for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for stealing spare tires and license plates.
Police said it happened last week. He was believed to have stolen license plates and rear-mounted spare tires from as many as four SUVs.
Officials said he also stole a generator valued at $5,000, from a business on N. Carothers Pkwy.
A total of $1,000 has been offered in exchange for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone who may know the suspect was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615 794-4000.
