COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Columbia Police officials arrested an accused murderer after asking for the public's help.
They say 35-year-old Charles Bradford Lampley shot and killed 31-year-old William "Glynne" Rummage II.
It happened early Sunday around 2 a.m. on the 400 block of Woods Drive. Authorities said they responded to the shooting and found Rummage II outside his home suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital where he later died. A warrant was issued for Lampley’s arrest charging him with 1st Degree Murder.
Lampley was taken into custody Thursday night.
