Officers found the men lying near Douglas’ Dodge Charger which was parked and running on Maury Street with its lights flashing. Both men were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where Douglas died and Wyatt remains in critical condition. A handgun was found near the driver's side of the Charger.
