NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police detectives have named two people as suspects in the death of Tykeem Franklin, who police say was murdered in his Antioch apartment.
Warrants for murder were issued for 21-year-old Kenneth Flenoy and 19-year-old Daunte Young Tuesday afternoon.
Police officials say the suspects are believed to be in the South Nashville or Rutherford County areas.
Flenoy and Young are two of the four persons recorded on surveillance video walking toward Franklin’s apartment just before Franklin, 23, was killed in his living room. The two other individuals have also been identified but are not presently charged.
Robbery appears to have been the motive for Franklin’s murder.
Anyone with information on where they could be was asked to call police at 615-742-7463.
