NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police say a man was robbed of his wallet and shot in South Nashville.
The call came in from Welch Road just before 11 p.m. Monday.
Officers arrived to find the victim shot in the arm. He said three gunmen pulled up next to him as he was walking and demanded money.
When he said no, they pistol-whipped him and shot him before taking off with his stuff.
The suspects got away in a black Nissan SUV and have yet to be identified.
