CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville police are investigating an early-morning shooting outside a business that sent two people to the hospital.
Police said two couples began arguing inside a business on Lowes Drive and one of the couples was asked to leave. It was reported as they were leaving they made threats to come back and "shoot up the place."
The couple later returned to the parking lot of the business and got into another argument with the same couple as inside the business. Police said several shots were fired and the two who were originally asked to leave were shot.
The man and woman were taken to the hospital and their conditions have not been released.
Clarksville police said the shooting is still being investigated.
