NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police arrested and charged a woman after she allegedly admitted to shooting her boyfriend in Nashville.
The call went out shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on Fairwin Avenue.
According to Metro Nashville police, Kristina Arnold, 28, called 911 and said she shot her boyfriend in his home because "something told her to do it." Police added that Arnold told officers the devil was in the home.
Police got to the scene and found that the man had been shot in the head. The victim, 47-year-old Jamar Pillow, was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he later died.
Arnold was charged with attempted criminal homicide.
