SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — A motorcyclist was killed in a chain-reaction crash near Bethpage Thursday.
It happened on Highway 31 East near Haze Hyde Hollow Road.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the driver of a Nissan Rogue stopped for traffic and was struck by two motorcycles.
David Lokey, 52, hit the right side of the Nissan Rogue. He died at the scene. The THP said he was from Portland.
Another motorcyclist struck the left side of the Nissan Rogue. Barry Lawson, 54, suffered injuries and was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment.
Troopers indicated the driver of the Nissan would not face any charges.
