A middle school teacher in Portland has been arrested on a charge of solicitation of a minor.
Officials with the Portland Police Department said 27-year-old Joseph K. Roberts was arrested Friday and charged with solicitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Roberts is a teacher at Portland East Middle School and lives in Cross Plains.
