NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An adorable 4-year-old with cancer was caught on camera overjoyed when he received hearing aids.

Xander Bowman was diagnosed with metastatic neuroblastoma this year. He's being treated at the Children’s Hospital at TriStar Centennial, a part of Sarah Cannon. A side effect of his treatment is hearing loss. When Xander received new hearing aids, he was dancing around the room saying he felt like superman.

Xander just got into a new clinical trial and he will soon undergo a new treatment.
