NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Nashville Predators Foundation has donated more than $44,000 in proceeds from the sale of its calendar to the Nashville Zoo.

The foundation partnered with the zoo this past summer to help with the creation of the team calendar, with players visiting the zoo and photographed interacting with animals. Some of the animals even visited Bridgestone Arena for the shoot.

The check for the $44,063 was presented to the president of the Nashville Zoo at Tuesday's game versus the Maple Leafs.

The money will go toward the zoo's global conservation efforts.

Team calendars are still available for sale online, by clicking here. They cost $10 each.
