Republican Presidential candidate and Ohio Governor John Kasich visited Nashville Tuesday.
Kasich attended a fundraiser at Stoney River on West End that afternoon.
“I'm basically in Tennessee raising money and acquainting myself with people here in this state because this state is really important and we think we’re lining up some good support here,” said Kasich. “People like John Crisp are great help and brad martin; I mean these are great people and they can help me do well in Tennessee after we emerge from New Hampshire.”
He also made stops in Maryville and Memphis during his visit to Tennessee.
