People braved the cold in Nashville to help fight pancreatic cancer.

Purple Stride was held at Edwin Warner Park on Saturday. Around 300 people took part in the 5K walk/run.

Some were survivors, and others walked in honor of loved ones who have passed away from cancer.

The walk raised more than $106,000. Pancreatic Cancer is the third leading cause of cancer deaths in the US.
