NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Country group Rascal Flatts has added 11 more shows to its "Farewell: Life Is A Highway" tour that begins this summer. The group will make a final stop in Nashville in late October to close out the tour.

In January, band members Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney announced on CBS This Morning after 20 years together, they were headed on their final tour.

"When we started out 20 years ago, we could not imagine all of the people, places and gifts we would encounter," lead vocalist Gary LeVox told CBS This Morning. "The greatest feeling ever, is being told that our music has been the soundtrack to their lives. ... That's why we create music and the reason we can't wait to celebrate this incredible 20 year journey all year, with our fans who we love dearly."

Since forming in 2000, Rascal Flatts has garnered 17 No. 1 songs and sold more than 23 million albums.

The group will play at Bridgestone Arena on October 30.
