Riverbend prisoner charged with killing another inmate, authorities say

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — An inmate at Riverbend Maximum is charged with first-degree murder Wednesday in the death of another inmate.

The incident happened in February when Robert Bryant allegedly stabbed Bradley Johnson, 40, to death.

Prison records show Johnson was serving a 43-year sentence that began in 1998, according to the Associated Press.

Bryant was booked into the Davidson County Jail.
