SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WTVF) — Robertson County Mayor Billy Vogle extended the county's mask mandate until September 30.

Under the order, which was issued in the beginning of July, residents must wear a face covering while in public and when social distancing is not an option.

Mayor Vogle made the extension Friday, according to Smokey Barn News.

It was made the same day Governor Bill Lee signed an order extension of multiple COVID-19 precautions including Executive Order 54, which gives county mayors the authority to issue mask mandates.
