WILSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 Wednesday evening.
THP said a tractor-trailer crashed off of the interstate, landing on train tracks below.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. near mile marker 239.
Westbound lanes were closed as crews responded to the scene.
