NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A serial rapist, whose victims included an 85-year-old woman in Murfreesboro, will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Detectives had a composite sketch of a suspect who attacked an 85-year-old victim as she washed her car in 2017. Police say he raped and sodomized her at gunpoint.

That composite matched up almost perfectly with the composite of another rape suspect in Jackson, Tennessee. Detectives there arrested the then 18-year-old Chriteris Allen.

His DNA linked him to the Murfreesboro case, and he was also convicted of two other rapes in Jackson.

It’s taken time to prosecute all the cases, but sex crimes detectives tell me Allen’s convictions and sentencing were finalized in the past week.

He will be spending the next 69 years of his life behind bars – with no early release.

Investigators believe he is a serial rapist and suspect there could be more victims. Anyone with additional information should contact police.
