NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Although the rain has moved out of Middle Tennessee, several roads remain closed after Sunday’s flooding.
NewsChannel 5 Meteorologist Lelan Statom says we set a record for daily rainfall in Nashville with 2.53 inches – that broke the old record of 2.18 inches for December 29.Several roads in Williamson County remain closed Monday morning.
The Williamson County Emergency Management Agency has compiled a list of road closures here.

Sunday evening, the Maury County Fire Department rescued at least one resident from his home on Bear Creek Pike.
Sunday's rain also canceled the Battle of the Bands portion of the 2019 Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl.
