A lawsuit was filed against the Nashville-based company, Centurion Stone, accusing them of same-sex sexual harassment.
The suit claimed a male supervisor continuously made sexually-charged insults and innuendos at other male employees.
It went on to claim that the insults even involved kissing and grabbing the victims.
In the filing, the victims repeatedly complained to upper management, but nothing was done.
The harassment victims asked that the company stop tolerating sexual harassment, and compensate victims for punitive damages.
