A Silver Alert has been canceled after a missing Ashland City man was found safe.
Lawrence Smith, 82, was last seen at about 1:00p.m. Sunday at the Firestone Auto Care on Highway 70 South in Bellevue. He was picking up his 2006 maroon Buick LaCrosse.
Smith's daughter reported him missing when he did not show up for church in Ashland City Sunday night.
Metro Nashville police confirmed Monday morning that he was found safe.
