A Silver Alert was issued in Nashville for an elderly woman who suffers from dementia, but was later cancelled after she was found safe.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said 83-year-old Patsy Renfro wandered away from her home on Richmond Hill Drive overnight.

Police said Renfro lives with family members who last saw her at 11:30 p.m. They reported her missing when they discovered her gone Thursday morning.
Officials said she was found okay at Ewing Drive and Richmond Hill Drive. She was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
