At least one person was injured in a crash on Interstate 24 that shut down traffic for a few hours.
The crash happened after 5 a.m. Sunday in the westbound lanes just before Haywood Lane.
Reports stated one vehicle hit the median, and according to authorities, the victim was pinned inside when they got to the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The roadway was cleared by 10 a.m.
