COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The Williamson County Sheriff's Office released a sketch of a man considered a suspect in an assault on Thanksgiving Day.
A teenage girl told deputies she stopped to help the man when she saw him standing in the road holding his leg. The girl said when she asked him if he needed help, he told her he was hurt and needed to go to the hospital. As she offered to let him use her phone, he tried to pull the girl out of her car.
Deputies say she managed to speed away. The man was last seen running north on Owen Hill Road in College Grove, where the assault happened.
