Sledgehammer Used To Break Into Columbia Pain Clinic

Three men used a sledgehammer to smash their way inside a pain clinic in Columbia. 

The incident happened on October 1 at the Pain and Spine Clinic on Trotwood Avenue. 

Columbia police said they smashed the glass and took a safe containing cash. They were seen on surveillance video. 

All three covered tried to cover their face and were wearing gloves. Police said they believe a fourth suspect drove the getaway vehicle.

The investigation remains ongoing.
