All-clear given after smoke reported at Nashville hotel

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Firefighters have given the all-clear after smoke prompted guests to be evacuated at a downtown Nashville hotel.

The incident was reported before 5 a.m. Friday at the Holiday Inn Express on Broadway.

At least six fire trucks and three ambulances responded to the scene.

Guests were eventually allowed back into the hotel. Additional details were not yet known.
