The son of former Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Gary Wade has made contact with police after going missing.
According to WVLT Local 8 News, Sevierville Police said the family contacted them on Wednesday, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has aided in the case.
Family members said he was last seen on Monday, and it is out of character for him to not contact family.
Police did not suspect foul play. According to WVLT, police made contact with him late Wednesday night, and said he was okay but somewhere out of state.
