Sorority sisters of DeEbony Groves, one of the Waffle House shooting victims, held a vigil to honor her.
Groves was a Belmont University senior was just 21-years-old. Her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Inc., held a candlelight vigil for her at Centennial Park Wednesday evening.
They shared their fondest memories and stories of a young woman they say had a big personality and an even bigger heart.
DeEbony's funeral will be held at First Baptist Church in Gallatin on Saturday. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday and from 10 to 12 p.m. on Saturday with the service scheduled for noon.
